Plant engineering
Plants and systems for continuous material flows
From storage and conveying to processing and dosing, Ingtec develops coordinated solutions for industrial processes.
- 01 Pneumatic conveying systems Product-specific vacuum, pressure and dense-phase conveying for demanding routes and materials.
- 02 Mechanical conveying systems Robust conveying technology for defined material flows and complex plant layouts.
- 03 Silo and discharge systems Safe storage and reliable discharge, even for bulk materials with difficult flow behaviour.
- 04 Processing plants Integrated processes for grinding, screening, mixing, drying and cooling.
- 05 Filling and emptying systems Low-dust transfer for big bags, sacks, drums, containers and silo vehicles.
- 06 Weighing, dosing and control technology Precise material feeding and coordinated automation for repeatable processes.
- 07 Compressed air generation and treatment Suitable compressed-air, blower, drying and vacuum systems for the complete plant.
- 08 Maintenance, modernisation and expansion Technical support throughout the lifecycle and continued development of existing plants.
For bulk materials that demand a special solution
Difficult material properties, sensitive products and complex process conditions cannot be handled reliably by an off-the-shelf plant. Ingtec analyses the material, conveying route and production requirements to develop a suitable integrated technical solution.
Describe your requirements- Poor-flowing and adhesive materials
- Abrasive or sensitive products
- Processes in potentially explosive atmospheres
- Gentle and low-wear conveying
- Modernisation of existing plants

Technology
AIRCONDOS – Dense-phase conveying for demanding bulk materials
The AIRCONDOS bypass system supports controlled, product-friendly dense-phase conveying. It was developed for applications where material plugs, deposits or high wear place particular demands on the conveying system.
- Controlled conveying at low velocities
- Reliable transport of poor-flowing and adhesive products
- Gentle handling of sensitive or abrasive materials
Engineering for a wide range of industries
Ingtec combines process engineering expertise with experience from diverse B2B applications and bulk materials.

- 01 Chemicals, paints and coatings
- 02 Battery and metals industry
- 03 Pharmaceuticals, food and animal feed
- 04 Building materials, minerals and earths
- 05 Plastics industry
- 06 Renewable energy and wood processing
- 07 Research and development
Engineering throughout the entire plant lifecycle
Ingtec considers not only individual components, but the interaction of the entire material flow.
- 01
Understand the task and material
Material properties, process targets and the plant environment form the technical foundation.
- 02
Design the process and plant
Conveying route, capacity and process steps are dimensioned as one complete system.
- 03
Plan components and interfaces
Mechanics, controls and existing infrastructure are coordinated precisely.
- 04
Build and commission the plant
Fabrication, installation and commissioning follow the jointly agreed design.
- 05
Maintain, modernise and expand
Ingtec continues to support plants after handover and adapts them to new requirements.
